He has over 30 years experience in Site Management, Engineering and Project Management roles and has a proven track record in the delivery of major projects nationwide including schools, hospitals, shopping centres, care homes, housing estates and power stations.

Martin leads on all construction activity for the group and has over 20 years experience in delivering all aspects of construction projects within the public and private sector. Martin has extensive knowledge of building and the construction industry.

David has over 20 years of experience in highway civil engineering from his time at Newcastle City Council and various other roles in construction project management.

Operations Manager

Duke heads up the planned and reactive maintenance division of building services. He has over 20 years experience in strategic planning and management including facilities, asset, and project management. Always keen to build good relationships working closely with housing associations, managing agents, and private clients to cover all aspects of property maintenance.

Contracts Manager

Tony is responsible for the delivery of all Groundwork and Civils activity across the group. He is an effective leader and has over 25 years experience in delivering high quality projects.

Chairman

Colin is a vastly experienced board-level director who has experience in both the public and private sector. He leads on the strategic, financial and compliance functions for the group.
