Quotation

We will send you a no obligation quotation shortly after your site visit has been conducted. We work with all of the leading boiler manufacturers and can provide a solution in line with your budget. There will be no hidden costs and your quotation will be detailed.

Installation

We will arrive at your home and introduce ourselves. We will prepare the working area, laying dust sheets to ensure your property remains clean and tidy. 

​Completion

Once the installation is complete, we will clean and tidy the working area. We will then set up your new boiler to your requirements, and fully explain the operation of your new boiler and controls. When you are confident how to use the new boiler and controls, we will leave you all the relevant documents and instruction manuals.

After Sales Support

We will continue to support you even after the installation is complete. If you are a unsure of anything or have any questions about your new boiler, you can contact us and we will be very happy to answer and questions you may have.

​Guarantee and Servicing 

Your new boiler is backed with a manufacturer guarantee, to ensure this guarantee remains active your boiler needs serviced once a year. We will contact you when this is due.
